We're a small crew of Fort Lewis College students who saw a gap in Durango's short-term rental market. Hosts were stretched thin, turnovers were inconsistent, and the big cleaning companies treated each unit like a number. We knew we could do better — and we knew we could do it for less.
What started as a handful of weekend resets for friends has grown into a student-operated service covering the Durango community. Every operator on our team brings the same thing: tuition-driven hustle, attention to detail, and pride in leaving a space better than we found it.
