We visit your unit, confirm the scope, and lock in your competitive rate and checklist.

We integrate with your booking calendar and handle turnovers automatically between guests.

Photo-verified resets happen on schedule. You get documentation and peace of mind every stay.
The Policies
Cancellation, scheduling & our guarantee.
Scheduling
- Turnarounds run approximately 1.25 hours per bedroom.
- Book at least 48 hours in advance for standard resets.
- Same-day emergency resets available subject to crew availability.
- We sync to your booking calendar so turnovers happen automatically between guests.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled reset.
- Within 24 hours, a 25% fee applies to cover crew scheduling.
- No charge if a cancellation is caused by a guest stay extension we're notified of in advance.
- Recurring plans can be paused anytime with one week's notice.
Re-reset Guarantee
- If a guest flags a cleanliness issue on our turnover, we re-reset at no cost.
- Report issues within 48 hours of the guest check-in for the guarantee to apply.
- Our two-person inspection catches issues before they reach your guests.
- Photo documentation is provided on every completed reset.
Response Times
- New inquiries answered within one business day.
- Emergency reset requests acknowledged within two hours during operating days.
- Issue reports from ongoing clients addressed same day where possible.
